Terms of Use Amendmend

YOLO Sunglasses company (hence ‘The Company’) may amend or renew the terms and conditions of YOLO Sunglasses e-shop without any previous warning.


The Company has no responsibility for any misprints concerning prices, product characteristics or product photos in YOLO Sunglasses e-shop and always reserves the right to change product prices without any previous warning. The customer shall in all cases be held liable for the carriage of goods.

Personal Data Protection

Any personal data that you register in YOLO Sunglasses e-shop are being used solely by the company for the completion of your order.
Access to these data has only the company’s personnel.

Product Availability

YOLO Sunglasses e-shop is connected online with computerization program STATUS ORAMA. Therefore, all products presented in our web shop are being automatically updated.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your electronic order until its completion time either phoning to (+30) 694 343 0066, or sending an e-mail at stating the order number as well as the cancellation number. In case your order has already being sent and you wish to cancel it, you will be charged both the expense of sending and returning the product(s) from and to the Company and the product(s) must return to the Company.
The returned product(s) must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging as they have been sent to you.


You may return your order and get a refund for five (5) days after receiving your order with the condition that the product(s) has/have not being used and they are in their original sealed packaging.

Generally, for refunds, the following apply:
- If you have paid using a credit card then we issue a refund immediately and we credit your account in 3 to 5 working days depending your card issuer.
- If you have paid cash in our company’s bank account then we return the money immediately after receiving the product(s).
- If you have paid our ‘pay on delivery’ service, then we return the money within the next 10 working days.

Money refunds are eligible with the condition that the returned product(s) satisfy the above requirements.
